Exchange & Refund Policy
At Monster Fitness, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Time Frame: Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Customized or personalized items
- Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
Exchange Procedure: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team through any of the following methods:

Once your exchange is approved, a new order will be generated for the exchanged item. Our rider will collect the original item and deliver the new product at the same time, ensuring a smooth exchange process. Please ensure that the original item is properly packed to maintain its quality during return.
Delivery Time for the New Order:
- 4-5 working days after the order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs of Rs. 350 unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately after delivery for assistance.
Important Notes:
- Maximum Exchanges: We offer a maximum of 2 exchanges per order (excluding sale items).
- Sale Items: Only 1 exchange is allowed for sale items, and exchanges must be made for other sale items.
- Price Difference: No refunds will be provided for any price difference when exchanging sale items.
Refund Policy
Refund Requests: Refunds must be requested within 3 days from the delivery date.

Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation message from our representative. You will be required to return the product to us at the address below and share the courier receipt via WhatsApp for verification.

Refund Verification: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will verify its condition before proceeding with the refund.
Bank Details for Refund: After verification, our representative will contact you to collect your bank/ JazzCash/ EasyPaisa details to process the refund.
Refund Processing Time:
- The refund may take up to 3 days after we receive the returned product.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Monster Fitness is not liable for exchanges or refunds under the following circumstances:
- Products damaged due to use or misuse by the customer (e.g., fragrance or washed items).
- Change of mind or failure to check product specifications at the time of purchase.
- Color Variations: Due to differences in monitors/screens and lighting during the photo shoot, the exact color of the product may vary slightly from what is shown online.
- Sale Items: No refunds for sale items.
- Underwear & Socks: These items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Returned Items Responsibility: The returned parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
- Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable, except when a defective or incorrect item is delivered.
