Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for payment. A PDF invoice will be sent to you once your order is placed.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact. Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible. Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it hasn't been processed. To cancel, please contact our support team via Call, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, or Facebook. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. We may also cancel orders due to reasons like out-of-stock items or incomplete details.
